Ordering and delivery
Start by selecting a category to find the items you want. You can also use filters to narrow down to a specific color, or you can use the search field at the top right of the page. To add the item to your cart, click the 'Add to Cart' button.
When you add more items to your shopping cart, you will see the quantity at the top right of the page. To open your shopping cart, click the 'View Cart' button. If you want to continue shopping again, click the 'Continue Shopping' button.
When you are ready to pay, proceed to checkout. Check that you have the correct quantity of each item and press the 'checkout' button.
At checkout, enter your name and address. Here it is possible to enter a different delivery address, for example if you are buying a gift that will be sent directly to the recipient. Then select the desired delivery and payment method. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions, and press the "Pay for order" button.
You will then receive your order confirmation and order number. This information will also be sent to the email address you provided.

Yes you can! Call us at +47 909 32 860 or send us an email to post@ment.no and we will take your order. The order is prepaid before the goods are shipped.
Delivery time varies between 1-5 business days. In-stock products are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. Made-to-order items are produced continuously and are usually shipped within 14 business days.

Yes you can, just choose the correct delivery address and write us a message in the order note if you would like gift wrapping – we will wrap for free and include a card if you wish.

For orders over NOK 1500, shipping is free in Norway. If the order is sent to another country, shipping will be additional.
We use Bring and PostNord for delivery in Norway. The goods are delivered to the nearest post office or delivery point. International orders are sent with DHL.
Yes, select "click and collect" at checkout and you will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection.
No, orders to addresses outside Norway are invoiced without Norwegian value added tax (VAT).
Yes, you are responsible for paying VAT according to the regulations in your country.
When ordering to a foreign address, Norwegian VAT is automatically deducted at checkout. For more information about imports and taxes in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authorities.
Gift cards and wishlist
Yes, we offer physical gift cards for our store in Fåberg and electronic gift cards for the online store.
First you need to register a user account and log in. Then you can add items to your wishlist with the heart button. You can read more about wishlists and how to share them with friends and family here.
Returns and complaints
We pack our items well and rarely experience deliveries being broken, but unfortunately accidents can happen. If you experience this, please contact us at post@ment.no with a picture of the item, and we will of course replace the product.
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Send an email to post@ment about what you want to exchange or return. The right of withdrawal only applies to unused items.
Yes, you can exchange the items for something else if you wish.
The material we produce is breakable, and can also crack without necessarily being immediately noticeable if it receives a blow during use. As long as the cup has been in use, this is not something we can take into account as a complaint.
Products and maintenance
Yes, all porcelain and stoneware can be washed in the dishwasher. Ceramics (vases, etc.) should be washed by hand.
Our porcelain is fired at a high temperature and is therefore very strong, but if you are unfortunate enough to lose a product or knock it into something, it can break, crack or chip the surface, just like glass. Just like glass, porcelain can break if exposed to large temperature fluctuations. If you treat your porcelain with care, it will last a long time. If you are unfortunate enough to break a product, we have a deposit scheme.
This is just proof that our production is manual; We mix color pigments and create our own color recipes. There may be small differences in quantity, which in turn can give a slight difference in the color shade. Temperature differences in relation to where in the kiln the products are placed, and this can affect how the color pigments in the porcelain react. Through-dyed porcelain may have small marbling in the colors.
Unglazed porcelain is like untreated wood, the color soaks into the material. Most stains should come off in the dishwasher. If not, you can try bleach or baking soda.
The products are designed so that it is nice to match different colors together, and we have a color palette that gives good combinations. In the dinner plates we will keep the colors we have and produce these so that nothing unexpected happens with the raw material supply. For the smaller plates we may want to replace some colors, but we are always careful that new colors fit well into the collection. If you want an discontinued color; send us an email to post@ment.no
When stacking plates or bowls, unglazed surfaces can rub against glazed surfaces and cause scratches. We recommend placing something between the products when stacking, e.g. felt, napkins or similar.
