    RECYCLED COFFEE CUP

    THE VERY FIRST

We have chosen our bestselling KRUM coffee cup and created a marbled edition in the color LATTE.
The brown color is recycled brown porcelain material and the white color is new material.
When we cast two colors at the same time, it gives a pattern like marbling. It will be a unique pattern for each individual cup.
The marbled cup has great variations in pattern and color. Both on the outside and inside.
    No two cups are alike

    RECYCLED PORCELAIN

We have a lot of colors in our production and don't make it easy for ourselves.
We have to sort all waste by color before we crush and recycle the porcelain material. For the Krum recycled coffee cup, Latte, we have crushed waste of our different browns.
the porcelain material must be crushed into a very fine powder so that it can be melted and recycled

It's really nice with several together.
Then you can really see how different the marbling is.

The cups are handmade and this process is extra demanding as we first have to sort, crush and sift the reused porcelain material.
Then each cup must be cast with two colors at the same time. Then it goes through the rest of the process, which is done manually and takes 7 days from when we start molding until the product is finished.
NB! Remember our deposit scheme if you have a broken cup at home
