WORLD-CLASS CAKES
We will be visited by pastry chef Åshild Lerbak. Åshild is a trained pastry chef and makes cakes inspired by French techniques with good Norwegian and local ingredients as far as possible. A true craftsman, just the way we like it. Åshild has been part of the Norwegian National Culinary Team and participated in the 2020 Olympics and 2022 World Cup. At the wedding fair you can meet Åshild, get a taste of her delicious cakes and discuss your cake choices for the big wedding party.

Flowers create a beautiful setting for any wedding. We are pleased to announce that floral designer Elin Ludvigsen is making the long trip from the USA to Fåberg to inspire and share her floral experiences with us at the wedding fair. Elin is educated at the Norwegian Green Trade School Vea and specializes in creating floral concepts for weddings and works for an international market where she creates beautiful and magnificent floral creations. We are looking forward to this.

Marit Kristine Aasen has her expertise from the Objectif School of Photography in Singapore, and has brought some of the artistic and colorful back home from Asia. She has photographed magazine covers, CD covers for artists, concerts, hairdressing magazines and an artist's autobiography. One of her photos has also been voted best picture of the month by a major British photography magazine.
Marit also takes Boudoir photos of brides-to-be, which has become a popular morning gift for the groom. Come and meet her and get inspired for YOUR unique wedding photo.

If you choose brown tones, you can easily create a more rustic setting for the party or go for dramatic black or cool blue tones. Our tableware is designed so that you can mix and match colors and pieces as you see fit. We're happy to help you put colors and products together and are happy to share our styling tips with you.
