In the fall of 2023, we developed the ment®+ Slakteriet collection for the new restaurant Slakteriet, a gem of a restaurant located on the second floor above the game slaughterhouse at Pellestova, Hafjell.

The inspiration for the concept is drawn from the animals and the mountain landscape that surrounds the restaurant. Antlers have been an important source of patterns, details and colors in the product range.

The view of the vast landscape inside the restaurant provides a unique tranquillity, and we have tried to transfer this to the products. In this way, we let the food play the main role.
